My message to you, however, is not about our operations; it’s about your health and safety being our top priority. We care about you and your families and want you to be healthy. With the COVID-19 pandemic we find ourselves in an unprecedented time in history and more than ever we need to work together as a team and look out for one another.
We recognize that there is a lot of information (and misinformation) found in the media and sometimes it’s hard to navigate through all of it and determine what is credible and what is not. In order to help, we are posting information on our website from trustworthy organizations (such as the Center for Disease Control and Prevention) and encourage you to check our website for updated and accurate information as the situation develops.
You should also know we are implementing measures that are designed with your health and safety at the very forefront of our decision making, and we’ve modified our operations in order to help keep our team safe:
• For potential hires, all interviews will be conducted via phone call. • For all new employees that will be onboarding with Stratas, your onboarding will be completed virtually, through a combination of telephone, email and online work via our HR platform. • New hires will have to fulfill a 14-day quarantine and show no signs of symptoms prior to onboarding. • All work-related travel has been limited to mission critical tasking and must be approved at the program management level prior to scheduling. All approved travel will require a 14-day quarantine upon return.
However, even with the best precautions taken we know that COVID-19 may impact our team. Therefore, if you are having symptoms that you believe are related to COVID-19, or if you believe you have been exposed to someone showing symptoms of the virus, please let us know. By doing this you will be helping your family, your co-workers and their families stay healthy.
