When I come to work every day, I am primarily guided by two standards:

First, appreciating and executing our mission and values. These are to continually pursue customer satisfaction, operational excellence, production innovation by setting the expectation from day one, and most importantly, to put our employee first. This is my foundation for StratasCorp that I know will build a culture that can change the world.
