STRATASTECH’S EFFORT IS TO PROVIDE ON-GOING TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR MARINE CORPS SYSTEMS COMMAND (IT) OPERATIONS REQUIRED TO MAINTAIN THE COMMANDS BUSINESS OPERATIONS.

The Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) Office of the Command Information Officer (OCIO) requirement is for multiple Information Technology (IT) services such as Systems Management and Administration, Information Assurance, Service Desk Services, Navy/Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) / Continuity of Services Contract (COSC) / Next Generation (NGEN) Service Support and Service Delivery, Web Development and Database Administration, IT equipment warehousing and asset management, Video Teleconference and Command Conference Room support.

The OCIO is responsible for overall management and administration of current and future IT systems/software on both the MCSC Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNET) and Unclassified but Sensitive Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNET) local area network (LAN) extensions. This includes the responsibility for coordination with NMCI/COSC/NGEN, National Capital Region (NCR) G6, and Marine Corps Cyberspace Operations Group (MCCOG) personnel concerning the management and administration of the MCSC Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN) services, including quality of services, network hardware and application installations, management of bandwidth and connectivity, communications protocols, and associated configuration documentation.
